The main focus of this post, however, is to keep up with the blog hop I am following..or attempting to! I have been SO SO SO busy!! Crazy.
Okay, so blog hop three.

What is your horse's absolute favorite thing? Outside of riding! Are there treats that instantly convert your pony into an addict or liniments that leave him yawning and chewing? What does your horse just love to have?
Well. Lily ADORES her little baby. One day, at the barn, about a year ago. There were two little stuffed ponies. Like this guy here:
Lily's pony was like this little guy..only he was purple. She went up to him and started nickering and snuggling him! She actually thought he was her baby!! She played with him and wouldn't stop neighing when I took him away from her and put her in her stall. As soon as he came back she nickered again and snuggled him. Funniest thing ever.
So similarly to this video:
Lily also does this if you put a fly mask on your head and prance around...she will nicker at you. Too cute. (Don't ask how I figured this one out....yes I am still a 7 year old who likes to pretend I'm a horse..shush,)
Additionally another favorite of Lily: JUMPING! ...this was taken from a blog entry on the day my very first pony was put down...His name was Joe and as he was taken to be put down, something magical happened.
"Lily and Errol gave a touching escort to the gate. Then, while we were meeting with the vet, Lily went jumping on her own! She jumped one of the jumps in the big field just for the joy of life. A better send off for anyone I cannot imagine"
Reading this five years later sends shivers down my spine thinking of my horse doing this as a final farewell to my pony...I find it powerful and so touching.
